A gay bar in Colorado Springs that opened in November, 1975. The bar excluded women when it opened. [3]

On the night of November 5, 1980, the bar was deliberately set on fire, according to investigators. There was flammable residue found on sections of the building. The fire started in the kitchen, leading to around $15,000 in damages (around $60,000 in today's value). [4]
