Deborah Surat, Ph.D.
Deborah Surat was Executive Director for Inside Out Youth Services starting in 2007, with over 25 years of non-profit management experience at the time.
She was born in Colorado, and traveled the world from there. She and her son have worked with youth throughout her career.
